At USPA Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn and unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside.
Receive Your Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
